The Fear of Talking

In a workplace there is always fear of expressing your opinion or asking a question to your superiors. This fear comes from not wanting to look unknowledgeable or unprepared in the work you are doing. Being scared of what our superior will think of us after we have asked a question or expressed our opinion, makes us to remain in silence.
