Leadership Communication

Being a leader is not always giving orders but also communicating with the team and giving them advise and encouraging them. In a busy workplace where there are a lot of deadlines to be met, a leader need to support his/her team members by telling them to focus on the work they are doing and even-though there are deadlines, a good handed work is better than maybe a missed deadline. This will reduce stress and the quality of work will improve and deadlines will also be met if everyone does their part.
