How to solve a conflict?

Conflict is something inevitable in human's life. We face conflicts almost everyday and sometimes it is hard to know how to solve them or even where to start in solving them. I think that in order to solve a conflict and reach an agreement, the first step is Communication. Communication leads to misunderstandings and therefore conflicts, but at the same time is the most powerful tool in solving those conflicts.
